Preparing For Your Appointment
Please remove any twist, coils, braids, and/or weaves prior to your appointment.
Note: There is an additional charge for the removal of all services listed above.
*Potential clients, if you are receiving a color service, please remove any build-up from braids or twist at least a day before your service. This will ensure that your color can process properly.
*If you have any scalp conditions, please inform me prior to your service. If you have been prescribed medication for a scalp condition, please bring it to your appointment. I will not treat any scalp that I feel needs medical attention.

Your appointments are very important to Brinkley, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations. In the event that you must cancel or you are a no show, you will still be responsible for your non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total service. This will be assessed upon any late cancel or no show of your appointment. This policy is in place to not only protect the stylist but also to grant an opportunity to a waitlisted client.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total. This will not be transferred to any future service.
If your card declines upon rendering your no call/no show fee, you will not be allowed to book another appointment until that fee is paid in full.
I understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. If tardiness presents as a habitual action, your appointments may be canceled indefinitely. If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. Please ensure that you have scheduled the correct service at the time of booking and that all services in which you are requesting are selected. Last-minute add-on services may not be attainable. If you are unsure what to book please email or message me.
I am committed to client satisfaction; therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please let me know. I will work to correct your issues while you are at the salon. There will be no re-dos after 24 hours.

The Hair Spa (Brinkley) does not service children under the age of 10. Due to safety considerations children are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. If a parent brings a child to the salon during the parent’s service, the service will need to be rescheduled at a later time when the child is not accompanying the parent.

In the case of a child receiving a service at The Hair Spa, to ensure the safety of the child and guests at The Hair Spa, Brinkley has the right to refuse service if a child is non-cooperative. The liability is too great to assume responsibility for children in an environment that presents many dangers.
The only animals permitted inside of The Hair Spa premises are approved service dogs (with applicable documentation). Law of the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon. We cannot allow non-service animals inside, and we do not want you to leave them in your vehicle, so please, leave them at home.
As seating is limited, please refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment, in an effort to allow room and comfort for patrons.
